- Creates an organizational profile of critical leadership strengths and deficiencies to help focus organizational development efforts.
High Impact 1:1 Coaching (part of, or separate from, a 360° process):
- Provides senior leaders with an unbiased confidante and thought partner for working through challenging organizational and top team issues.
- Provides a personal approach to building critical leadership skills for newly promoted and/or inexperienced leaders.
- Provides coaching to support the high-potential employee who may have risen too quickly and now needs help getting back on track or dealing with a critical performance issue.
Leadership Skills Training and Seminars
- Leading Individuals and Teams: Understanding the basics of leadership style, what styles are available, and how to know when to use which style. How to use different styles to lead and develop individuals and teams.
- Relationship-based Leadership: Discovering the essentials of building and maintaining effective working relationships, including: trust, power and influence, negotiation, conflict, listening, meetings, and decision making.
- Coaching Skills: Learning the foundation skills of the leader as coach and applying these skills in Giving Feedback, Problem Solving, Developing People’s abilities and potential.
